A NEW Ela Motors branch along Waigani will deliver a same-day service to its customers.
All clients have to do is make an advance booking for high-quality vehicle servicing and value-for-money.
Customer service coordinator Esther Eva (pictured above) said the service department has been swamped with vehicle bookings from clients wanting to take advantage of their services.
She confirms bookings with customers two days prior to booking date and most importantly conducts post service follow-up (PSFU).
PSFU system ensures that a high level of customer satisfaction has been met on service or repairs rendered.
