Fat and lazy Nasfund fails to serve customers

I WISH to comment on the poor service being delivered by NASFUND to its contributions at the Lae branch.
I submitted my NCSL withdrawal form after standing for 10 hours in two days in queues right under the sun and into the room with substandard air conditioning.
After a week, there is nothing, so I followed up in person and was told to check again two days later.
I called two weeks after the initial lodgment and I was told to wait for another week, with this government office remark, “sorry, there are others in the same situation or worse than yours”.
What is going on with NASFUND?
You are growing fat by the day with peoples’ hard earned money but you cannot perform your duty diligently and faithfully.
I think you have grown too fat and find it unbearable to move.
