Fire guts home of Lae Biscuit owner … The home of Lae Biscuit Company owner and long-time Lae resident Sir Henry Chow was burnt to the ground at around 5pm yesterday. Firefighters could not save the house, located along Stuart Street opposite the fire brigade base. Son Ian Chow stood and watched helplessly as firefighters and company employees tried hosing down the house. Guard dogs inside the property were rescued by an employee.
