A COMPANY is continuing its commitment to distribute health care kits to the four major hospitals.

Ela Motors chief operating officer Takeshi Abe said the company had made a commitment when it celebrated its 50th anniversary last year to provide health kits to the hospitals.

Ela Motors handed the first 50 set to the Port Moresby General Hospital on March 27. The second was to the Angau Memorial Hospital on April 17.

The third 50 was to Nonga Hospital in Rabaul on May 1. Last Friday, the company gave the fourth set to the Mt Hagen General Hospital.

Abe presented the kits to Western Highlands Health Authority chief Dr James Kintwa.

The kits have been distributed by the hospital to their surgical and medical wards, and district clinics.

The kit consists of hospital beds, mattresses, pillow and sheets, bed pans, saline stands and bedside tables, disposable masks and examination glove sets.
