THE Lutheran University Martin Luther Seminary in Lae, Morobe, which train young pastors in theology, last week received a truck from a businessman.
The truck costing K50,000 was donated to the institution by long-time resident and businessman Ben Woo for students, staff and the seminary community in outreach programmes.
Woo told staff and students, as a simple businessman, his aim was to support the church.
He urged the church to pray for his business so that the goodness and the blessing could flow to support the church.
Deputy governing council member John Yakali applauded Woo for his continuous support to the institution and extended a thank you on behalf of Martin Luther Seminary governing council to Mapai Transport and Dian Roo, who with Woo, have been very supportive of the institution.
