MILLENNIUM Water Limited, a locally owned water firm, has been giving free water bottles to Cheshire Disability Services for the last six years, managing director Achilles Peni says.
He said the firm was happy to assist handicapped and needy  people.
“We have been supplying five 19-litre bottles of Owen Stanley water every week for the last six years since 2010,” Peni said.
“We have been supplying them for free and this our seventh year.
“Every time I come here, they (disabled persons) say ‘the waterman is coming’ and get excited.
“When I see them smile, it gives me great satisfaction. It’s not only about money and business, it’s about serving the needs of others, especially the underprivileged ones.”
He said people living with disabilities needed support.
“We have to give them something realistic in life,” Peni said.
“Give them support and confidence and provide a healthy and conducive environment for them to progress in their rehabilitation.
“Our priority is access to clean and quality water and we will continue for however long God wants us to live in this part of the world,” he said.
