CAMERON Secondary School is a premier secondary school in Milne Bay.

Since its establishment in the 1960s many students have passed through to tertiary institutions and it is still one of the competitive schools in the country today.

Over the years successive governments have overlooked this institution and most of the infrastructure have deteriorated.

As a former head boy, I want to acknowledge businessman Roy Moore, principal Edward Malona and other business houses that have spearheaded the development of Cameron Secondary School.

Developments that have taken place were renovations done on some classrooms, library, science laboratories, dormitories and many more which made our learning very enjoyable.

“This is a milestone for the school to receive such funding from Moore and his business partners.

“And I would like the students to take ownership of what they have done for us, and take care of the school properties which are a contributor to our learning, because what they have done is from their hearts and we must receive it with our heart as a blessing and respect and take care of what they have done.

“It’s up to us to make thing happen for us by using the facilities provided as the school motto say” learn all you can” then you will see the benefits.
