Firms looking forward to expo

THE 20 companies to take part in the Vision City trade expo next week are eagerly looking forward to the event.+
This was evident during the launching of the expo on Tuesday where each company was given the opportunity to briefly explain about their operation and what they plan to exhibit during the week-long event.
The trade expo will start from June 27 to July 3 at the Vision City Mega Mall in Port Moresby.
Aaron Chin, the retail manager of CHIM, one of the participants, during the launching on Tuesday said:  “The trade expo will be a great way for us to interact with our customers and to educate them on the benefits of buying an original product rather than buying cheap stuff that is on the market.”
Chin said CHM would be showcasing its DJI Phantom 3 Pro Drone.
“CHM has recently been appointed the authorised dealers for DJI. I am very excited to share the drone industry with Papua New Guinea during the expo.”
Doctor Eleanor Kennou of the Lamana Dental Clinic said: “We will be providing free dental checkups at our stall for the trade expo.
“We can answer your questions and also inform you on what needs to be done. There will also be free dental reports after the checks.”
K-Link director Sue McPhee said: “This is the first time that K-Link is showcasing their products to the public. The Vision City Trade Expo is the perfect vehicle.”
Vision City Mega Mall marketing manager Maureen Esta said: “The main purpose is to open business opportunities or partnerships with participants, especially if they have something new to offer to the public.
“It can be individual or business sales and ventures. At least this will give them a chance to promote their products or services.
“It would be great if people coming in would see something like this in Vision City.”
The trade expo promises to be an exciting platform for businesses and the public to interact.
It is an opportunity for new businesses to display and inform the public about their products.
