A TOTAL of 20 companies will take part in the inaugural Vision City Mega Mall trade expo next week, according to marketing manager Bilee Taule.
The trade expo will be held from June 27 to July 3.
The names of the companies were announced yesterday during a luncheon at the Dynasty Restaurant in Vision City.
The representatives were given the opportunity to briefly introduce their companies and products.
Taule said the aim of the expo was “to allow entrepreneurs to introduce, display and promote while also selling their new products to the wider market”.
“With the footfall count of almost 10,000 entries per day into the Vision City Mega Mall. We are honoured to host this event right here, where you and potential buyers can meet.”
The trade expo will involve corporate tenants of the Vision City Mega Mall and non-tenant entrepreneurs.
Participant Henry Torobert of Toro Gaming said: “We are quite excited.
“We want to use it as learning curve to learn more about other businesses out there and what the community wants.”
The Vision City Trade Expo will be held at Vision City Mega Mall from the main entrance, atrium and to the new wing.
Taule said people were encouraged to attend the expo.
“This could be the only time when the merchandise you have been searching for is brought closer to you,” she said.
The participants include RH Hypermarket, Wantok Rewards, CHM, Digitec Papua New Guinea, Powa Industries, Sinowell, Lamana Dental Clinic, Rapid Fones, Solar Energy Solutions, K-Link International, Marks, Air Niugini, Click TV, Toro Gaming, Uno Premier, Papua New Guinea first Vita Plus, 2Fast Motors, Edmark and Banaba Boutique.
