Fix dusty roads issue

WHILE it is good that roads leading to the prime minister’s office and Telikom Rumana have been sealed, they forgot about the dust problem.

Construction companies are funded to seal roads, but nothing is done to seal footpaths.

We walk on dusty footpaths and when we cross a nicely-sealed road, we leave more dust behind.

Why can’t the authorities see that this simple problem can be fixed by cementing the pavement along the roads so they will not need street cleaners to sweep the dust every day?

Can someone in the government with some common sense look into this problem and fix it immediately?
