Fix random malfunctions

THE Government’s payroll system for all public servants is randomly malfunctioning even though we are in the modern technology era to counter pay delay issues.
Public servants usually receive their salaries every Wednesday of the fortnight week at around 9am.
But it has been delayed since the O’Neill government got into power in 2010.
We thought the Marape Government would fix the problem but the pay problem is getting worse.
Our PM is good at talking but is not looking into this issue.
Public servants depend on their pay for food, water and shelter.
