Focus on other districts as well

RECENTLY, we have seen the Education Minister Jimmy Uguro spending more of his duty travels at his electorate to facilitate upgrading of existing schools in Usino-Bundi.
While he deserves to be commended for this, one wonders whether he is the Education Minister or the minister of Usino–Bundi education alone.
Usino-Bundi is a district in this country and focusing mostly on education in Usino-Bundi is completely unfair and unjust.
