JIMI electorate is one of the worst remote electorate in the new Jiwaka province.

It has no road links and other basic services.

Elections have come and gone, MPs have won and lost but none of them have truly changed this electorate.

When Wake Goi won the Jimi open seat in 2007, he did so much for his people.

He built bridges, health and education facilities and maintained road infrastructure for many remote roads and has done so much more in terms of basic services.

Now the people are crying for Goi because his loss has broken many hearts.

I commend Goi for his contribution in changing the electorate.
