I WOULD like to express my concern about Governor Kila Haoda.
The people of Central have given him the mandate to represent them in the political arena and fight for service delivery.
The people who work for him under his leadership should follow instructions from the governor.
I believe the governor should ensure that his officers follow instructions and orders from him to the letter so that development plans are carried out for the good of the people.
The completion of his plans is only as good as the people carrying them out.
Can the governor take action as quickly as possible?
