Follow rules on retirement

IT is good to see the issuance of letters to aging teachers in the Education Department to retire as members of the Teaching Services Commission (TSC).
The concerned teachers have challenged that instruction but had to leave in the end.
Has the Education Department give similar directions to the TSC senior staff members, those in the Education Department at Waigani and others in teachers’ colleges throughout the country?
We have seen a lot of aging officers speaking nonsense and still maintaining their offices as if there was no one above them.
If the aging rule is for everyone, then do apply it accordingly, regardless of who you are.

  • very very concerned matter. Government (Education Department) should take good step ahead to satisfy every ones’ retirement service in edu dept as well other government departments.
