FONE Haus Group has rebranded its mobile and smartphone repair service.
It will now be known as Fone Fix.
General manager Damian Ames said the phone repair service had been operating in the country for the past eight years as Phone Doctor Service Centre.
“We are now launching with a new name,” he said. “We are committed to delivering more service to the people of Papua New Guinea.
“We want to ensure that we help people save their mobile life – easily and at an affordable price.
“We have qualified and trained technicians.”
Ames said the company recently opened repair service centers in Lae, Mt Hagen and Kokopo.
“We are making sure that we offer great services to people in other parts of the country,” he said.
Ames said Fone Fix was the only authorised Samsung repairer in the country, so customers should be confident of a world-class service. “We are fully authorised as Samsung repairers but can handle all other brands, including Huawei, HTC and Lenovo,” he said.
“We use only original parts and every repair comes with a three-month warranty.
“Our expert technicians inspects a customer’s phone on the spot and provides a diagnosis.”
