Fone Haus to launch new products

THE Fone Haus is launching new products and providing customer service enhancements throughout the year to mark its 10th anniversary in PNG.
General manager Damian Ames said Fone Haus is enhancing its online order service and also aiming to expand to more locations to allow for greater access by customers.
He said: “In store, we want customers to enjoy customer service which is going to be standard across all Fone Haus locations.”
The company will offer customers more product knowledge and in the coming months a service called “More Know How” – will be installed in all Fone Haus outlets.
The shop also has a repair service called the ‘Fone Fix” for mainly Samsung phones.
“We provide PNG’s biggest range of phones to suit every budget. With over 120 outlets to choose from we offer the best entry level quality mobile phones as major international brands including Samsung, Huawei, Mintt, Digicom, Oppo, Apple and Nokia.
Jim Gui, the managing director of Fone Haus parent company PNG Nambawan Trophy Ltd Group, confirmed the developments and said they knew how important mobile phones and smartphone were to people so they wanted to provide the best service as possible.
