Forget condoms in prison

IF PNG is a Christian country, what is the point of supplying condoms to prisoners in correctional institutions?
I wrote to The National some months ago asking authorities to place a total ban on condoms nationwide.
Too much money has been spent on HIV/AIDS awareness and sexually transmitted infections.
Yet, we do not listen and continue to ignore it.
Spend the money on aid posts and clinics in remote areas where ser­vices are limited.
We have marital issues but if you place a total ban on condoms, everyone will use his/her God-gi­ven brain to think twice.
Giving prisoners condoms tells the world that PNG is not a Christian country anymore.
Answer this: “Why did the fire from heaven strike the great cities of Sodom and Gomorah?”
