Forget yoga, try something else

YOGA is perceived by many as a health and relaxation technique used to enhance a person’s wellbeing.
The ultimate aim of yoga is to unify the body, mind and soul, according to sources.
Yoga was believed to have originated from India.
It has been practiced over hundreds of years with no defined date or place of origin. It is believed to have spiritual and religious nature which may come from Pagan worship.
Yoga has been religiously practiced in the National Capital District (NCD).
Our good Governor Powes Parkop has been so vocal and supportive of this Yoga movement which has cost NCD a lot of money.
Many people have been speculating and arguing why the NCD governor has been so supportive of yoga. There are other avenues in which the governor can spend on to enhance people’s life and well-being other than the so-called yoga.
Many city residents have been lured into the yoga practise which has no Christian origin.
The budget of the yoga practise has been kept in secret by the NCD Commission.
We need clarification on that.
The city residents have been kept in limbo and need further clarification about the yoga programme, its objective, the budget and the outcomes it has achieved over the years since it was introduced.
The city residents need to be cleared of the doubts we have about yoga.
We know that our governor has a million ideas to transform our city.
Please replace yoga and put something of significance so that all may benefit positively.
