Form organisations for owners

 I HAVE had a frustrating experience dealing with Digicel. As a landlord for one of the towers of Morobe, I am in a state of confusion because I signed the agreement without proper interpretation and elaboration on the clauses of the agreement. All this was done in a rush. I want the Government to help all landowners of communication towers to form an association or union so as to have a mouthpiece for negotiations, dealings, grievances and amendments over this issue.
