Four villages get wireless service

TELIKOM recently completed the installation of four new base stations to provide Citifon cell phone service and wireless internet connectivity to locals in Palmalmal, Vuvol, Taintop and Guma.
Another site in Nongia is under construction.
Communication services have already been set up in Palmalmal.
The wireless communication service rollout in the district has begun providing convenience to villagers.
Villagers along Vuvol, Taintop and Guma were grateful to MP Paul Tiensten and Telikom for bringing telecommunication services to their area for the first time.
The facility was funded by Tiensten.
Teachers from Sampun Primary School near Taintop welcomed the coming of the service  as this would help them relay  information to Education and to get in touch with their families.
