Mako told The National in Mt Hagen that with the direction from the patron he is organising the event.

Mako said 14 teams had confirmed their participation.

Mako said the teams were Undri South’s, Kombiri South’s, Pesaps South’s, PRM Lakers, Usano Suradubuga South’s, Hekari, Gobe Sumale South’s, Pangia Central, HGN B&M, Petro South’s, Kondo South’s, Jiwaka South’s, Traisa South’s and Ela South’s.
