Frustrated passenger

The Road Traffic Authority (RTA) believes that many PMV buses in NCD are unregistered and therefore operating illegally, putting life at risk.
There was a bus at Sabama bus stop and the bus crew was calling out, “Gordon, Gordon”.
I got on it with other people with the understanding that the bus would go to Gordon.
We came to 3-Mile St John Ambulance headquarters and there was traffic jam.
The driver, without taking any precautions, steered the bus into the other lane where a vehicle was travelling at speed towards us.
I became numb and speechless. Fortunately we did not crash.
When our but got to the 4-Mile main bus stop the driver saw traffic officers up ahead directing PMV buses so he quickly parked behind another bus.
The bus crew told us to get off because the bus was not unregistered.
There was a commotion between the passengers and bus crew.
The passengers were upset because the bus had not completed its route.
According to the RTA, the bus fare in the city is K0.90, but I am always asked to pay more.
In a day, I pay K5 instead of K1.80. For two weeks I pay K50 instead of K18.
Many people cannot afford to pay that much in two weeks.
PMV buses don’t provide their passengers the level of safety, comfort and satisfaction they deserve as paying customers.
