Frustration over delay of teaching posts

The start of the school year is here and teachers and students are expected to attend class on January.
The appointments of teachers are usually made around November before the close of the previous year.
This was delayed until January 8.
It is very frustrating as a teacher to note that the appointment was really in chaos.
Teachers, who just transferred, have been promoted and given positions.
Non-registered teachers have been given positions.
Primary school teachers (diploma holders) are still given teaching positions in the secondary schools.
Non-performing staff with high absentism are given positions.
NCD education is in the middle of the country yet it seem it does not have an appropriate data base for its teachers and this is reflected on the appointments.
This is indeed a slap on face for hardworking teachers who deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded accordingly.
