Fund probe produces names

IN examining the Public Accounts Committee Report into the Sepik Highways and Bridges Maintenance and Other Infrastructure Fund it is inevitable that certain names of individuals and companies will be published.
While their response to the PAC, where they are quoted will be noted and where ever possible, quoted, we list the names here to give every party a chance to respond if they wish.
The PAC Report is a public document and obtainable in Parliament.
In the case of companies mentioned below the persistent problem cited by the PAC was absence of paperwork in the Government’s accounting system to show that legitimate business was conducted.
Provision of such paperwork from the company’s files might be all that is required.
