Fund rural celebrations

THE 44th Independence Day celebrations at Hamuhamu Primary School was organised well by the teaching staff and the board of management but without the Gulf events council.
Every annual celebrations, the relevant authorities at provincial and the district levels always forget the rural communities.
This issue has to be addressed, and, do the right thing, by giving funds to perspective rural communities or respective LLG areas.
The Gulf administration should change this self and greedy systems and functions.
