Gabone-Hula road in a sorry state

 THE Gabone-Hula road is falling apart at a fast pace and the wet season has really taken its toll. 

What previously took only one hour, 45 minutes to drive from Port Moresby to Hula now takes three to four hours due to deteriorating road conditions. 

I feel sorry for the sick and pregnant women who can either die or easily give birth on this bumpy and rough road. 

We are calling on Rigo MP Ano Pala to do the right thing for his voters. 

Remember road infrastructure is a vital aspect for the simple village people who rely on it to sell their produce in order to feed their families.

Please help and do us a favour – fix our roads.
