Ganasi is deputy speaker

PARLIAMENT yesterday elected South Fly MP Aide Ganasi as the new deputy speaker.
Ganasi is a first-term member of parliament and a career military officer who rose to the rank of major in the PNG Defence Force.
He served the force for 22 years. His last posting was as border administration liaison officer before resigning in January.
