Get experienced contractors

I BELIEVE Madang MP Bryan Kramer was wrong in getting the district development authority to work on the roads in Madang town.
These are town roads and not a rural road where you can just grade and level the soil.
I understand that Kramer was probably trying to save money with his decision.
However, does the district development authority have the equipment and the experience needed to work on roads in an urban setting?
I have read several comments on Facebook that sections of the roads and some drainage structures were destroyed shortly after they were built.
Get experienced contractors to work on the roads so that the roads can last longer.
The Madang town roads issue has been an ongoing and needs to be put to rest.
