Get rid of OBE

AS a concerned citizen of Papua New Guinea, I appeal to the Education Department and Minister for Education James Marape to ban the outcome-based education from our shores.
OBE has done nothing good for our students and teachers.
In fact, it is a burden as we do not have the resources such as libraries and internet to cater to OBE.
You cannot take Australia and put it in Papua New Guinea.
