Get rid of the root cause

I SUPPORT Sam Basil on the issue of a special 24-hour protection for diplomats and envoys.
What Police Minister Nixon Duban is doing is saving face from international shame and disgrace.
What he is doing is to build fortifications for the rich and privileged.
It would be interesting
to see what his strategy is in tackling poverty.
That is the main cause of crime.
If he can eradicate poverty, then diplomats will have no reason to
fear for their personal security.
