Girl accuses stepfather of sex attack

POLICE have arrested the stepfather of a teenage girl after she complained of being sexually assaulted by him.
The 15-year-old reported the incident last Sunday.
The man has been detained at the Alotau Police Station cell.
She told police that the stepfather barged into her room and assaulted her.
In a separate incident, police said a man who lured a girl, 17, into a vehicle, drove her around Port Moresby and got her drunk before assaulting her, will appear in court soon.
The man from Mendi but living in the National Capital District, drove the girl to Sogeri after getting her drunk.
Police reported that a PMV was held up on Wiole bridge in Milne Bay by five thugs who took K200 from the passengers last Monday.
The five were armed with two homemade guns and three bush knives.
