God’s word does cost us

THE letter “Fee charged for the word of God”
(The National, March 16) by Charles is true about the increasing fees char­ged for evangelistic sessions.
While the Bible may not state a fee for Jesus’ sermons and teachings, He does command for obedience that costs dearly, not in monetary terms but in your mindset, attitude, speech and lifestyle.
God blesses us everyday and if we get our priorities right, the fees will be nothing compared to the benefits of having Christ in our lives.
Do not let the fees be a stumbling block to your salvation but an opportunity to exercise your obedience to God’s word.
