Good money wasted

WHY spend K120 million on an executive jet and K500 million for the upgrade of Port Moresby’s Jackson International Airport which will not even benefit half of the population?
I agree with the deputy Opposition leader Bart Philemon that both are a waste of taxpayers’ money.
Many in rural areas are living in agony, making sacrifices daily to make ends meet.
A genuine leader would put people at heart and provide what they rightfully deserve.
The Government could have spent less than K1 million to patch that pothole to save the 43 lives at Markham Valley last month.
