THE famous Gordon touch competition is making a comeback with 10 clubs showing interest in reviving the competition over the Christmas weekend at Gordon police barracks in National Capital District.
Interim president Willie Yogomin said the clubs taking part were Bala Raiders, Lapwing Tigers, Kona Eels, Texas Knights, Eagles, Tap-isi Panthers, Erima Magpies, Hanua Roosters, Masalai Warriors and Jabiru Storms.
He said two clubs – Flat Steelers and Ward Bulldogs – did not attend the meeting but had confirmed their participation.
Yogomin said Masalai and Jabiru Storms were late inclusions after they were voted in by other clubs.
He added that all the clubs must be in their full uniform two weeks after New Year.
