Gorobono reign in village v’ball

GOROBONO spiked off luckless Vaibons 3-1 in the major fixture of the volleyball tournament over the long Christmas weekend at the Gomoredobu village which kicked off on Boxing Day.
Gorobono’s young aspiring players Besta Keve, Tataks Gui and Ben Muduka put up another stunning performance when it mattered most dominating the Vaibons power strikers Noka Maina, Vicki Semo and veteran campaigner Vaira Vaira.
Vaibons entered the tournament with much fire power shocking their much fancied rivals 25-18 in the first set.
The young man behind the Gorobono’s success ace setter Besta Keve decided to take control of his team’s campaign and responded  well to collect the next three sets, 25-14, 25-17 and 25-18.
