Goroka Lahanis

THANK you to the owner of the Bintangor Trading Ltd Simon Sia and other shareholders for continuing to support Goroka Lahanis.
I want to express my concern regarding Lahanis’ poor performance over the past few years.
It’s been almost seven months now since we saw the last game of our provincial team in the Digicel Cup last year.
The trial match against Lae Snax Tigers recently in Lae indicates that our team needs great enhancement.
Last year was one of the worst seasons we’ve had so far in the competition since 2013.
We’ve never made it back-to-finals since 2014.
We have won the competition twice consecutively.
We were known by the nation as one of the best competitors. Where is our pride? Do we have to blame the team management or the players? We have to do something to bring back the pride of our province as it used to be in the past.
The question remains: Do we need good players or good management to turn the coin around?
