Govt should not fall prey to con artists

THE Government should not fall prey to con artists and consultants who use computer-generated (3D) images to sell known concepts and ideas.
It is better to use existing institutions to drive specific intervention policies rather than create some authorities with questionable individuals on a board to oversee a huge chunk of money for paper-generated projects
When you have 97 per cent of the land under customary ownership, such new entities will never implement any projects.
It is better to let main departments run the show with less ministerial interferences.
