Grace period extension un-Christia

IT was our prime minister who said that the Opposition leader Belden Namah and his team are power-hungry.

Obviously, the changes done to our Constitution regarding the extension of the grace period is a clear sign that the current government is selfish, self-centred and egoistic.

This action also tells us that this government has the power or the authority to rule for as long as they want, which is un-Christian and undemocratic.

If this nation is founded on Christian principles, the changes should always be God-oriented.

MPs in the Government should realise the change is unconstitutional and ungodly in the sight of our everlasting ruler above.

We are compromising our Christian values upon which the nation’s Constitution was founded.

I call on the public to make a peaceful protest against this move.
