Graffiti making capital city look ugly

HAS anyone noticed lately how ugly our city has become with the graffiti all over the place?
Every new fence is plastered with graffiti.
Even our beautiful playground at Erima has been destroyed with graffiti, making the city look rundown and hideous.
Why are we turning a blind eye to this?
Governor Powes Parkop must do something about it because it is tarnishing our image.
Parkop has been trying his best to make the city look beautiful but the people are not cooperating with him.
I call on the governor ban spray paints and charged graffiti artists.
