Grand chief’s commitments

Several commitments were made in 2010 by the grand chief in his capacity as East Sepik governor and regional member for East Sepik that have never been honoured.
When will those commitments be honoured?
I know for a fact that many people in East Sepik would like to know the answer to this question because we were die-hard supporters of the grand chief for 40 years and he was the one who made the commitments and it is only right that he should see them fulfilled.
Can the grand chief and his staff respond through the media so we know when the overdue payments will be made?
