Handle customers’ cargoes with care

I AM frustrated with the way DHL officers have handled my cargo.
I was at your Popondetta office when the relieving officer cut open the mailing bag containing the cargoes.
My parcel sent from Kokopo was broken along with my ordered clothes in the mailing bag unpacked.
Be it in Kokopo, where I ordered my cargo from or in any transits, our cargoes should be handled with care till it reaches us.
I paid DHL for its services in airfreighting my cargo and so I expect you to look after my cargo without damaging it until it reaches me.
I appeal to the management to look into this incident.
Your customers have built trust in you for the safe delivery of our cargoes.

  • Probably a staff member taking out their fustrations on your cargo due to unresolved issues with the company management…. I don’t know…. I’m just saying…… Who knows?

  • Bernard, DHL did the same to me..shipment from POM to Lae. DHL officers becoming thugs. Management needs to sack such rogue officers.
