A LOCAL finance company is now open for businesses.

Handy Finance specialises in small, unsecured personal loans for public servants.

The lending company seeks to increase its client base by signing up private business houses to provide financial services to their employees.

Loan approvals could be obtained on the same day.

With its head office in Port Moresby and branches in Mt Hagen, Mendi, Kokopo and Lae, Handy Finance will give out loans to public servants, especially those with the Education Department (teachers) and provincial governments.

Meanwhile, Handy Finance signed a loan agreement with Leisure Holidays last week, allowing its personnel to secure “fast” personal loans.

Leisure Holidays and Travel, which is based in Boroko, Port Moresby, is engaged in services such as travel and accommodation bookings, ticketing for flights in domestic and international travels.

Handy Finance manager Ismael Tamutai Nelson said: “We are providing a choice of selection for customers.”
