Hayfield clearance

Can National Airports Corporation confirm if Hayfield Airstrip in Maprik has been cleared for commercial flights by small airlines?
Yesterday, The National reported that flights to Hayfield are resuming. Without NAC clearance, this may be risky.
However, if the airstrip has been cleared, then the MP should get the credit for bringing this service back to Central Sepik people.
