Hela: United and hopeful

Letters

THE newly elected leaders of Hela have shown maturity in their desire for unity.
It marks a new chapter in our history.
From today, Hela Tuguba, Hela Duna, Hela Ewa, Hela Opene and Hela Huli will never be fragmented again but will be united under the guidance and stewardship of our new crop of young and vibrant leaders.
I applaud their spirit and enthusiasm to work together as a team and believe that the future of our children are now in good hands.
Constructive debates and policy planning are the catalyst that will drive developments.
I appeal to our new leaders to prioritise health, education, law and order, agriculture and human resources development.
They have to work together to deliver services and develop programmes fairly.
