Help needed

I am from the Obura Wonenara electorate and a student at the University of Goroka. While the other eight districts in Eastern Highlands are subsiding tuition fees, we still have to get financial assistance from our MP. The only school-fee assistance I received was during the time when Julie Soso was governor.
Where is the MP?
