Help Solomon family stop June 4 eviction

Letters

I AM writing on behalf of family in regard to the eviction on June 4 from the property section 206, allotment 7, volume 14, folio 4334 at Gordon, Port Moresby.
I appeal to the Prime Minister James Marape, Lands and Physical Planning Minister John Rosso, Housing and Urbanisation Minister Justin Tkatchenko, human rights lawyers and interested people to help stop this eviction.
I am from Milne Bay and Western.
I am a retired teacher and unemployed at the moment.
I have been living in the property for the past 37 years.
I have paid the outstanding PNG Banking Corporation mortgage in 1991.
The title of the property was fraudulently transmitted to James Solomon and then corruptly and transferred to a businessman from Enga.
In the transmission certificate, there are two statutory declarations of Clarise Solomon.
They are contradicting as one states she is the daughter of Joseph Solomon (my deceased brother who died in 2008) and in another, she is the sister of James Solomon, who claims to be the son of the late Lawrence Solomon.
The two declarations have two different signatures of Clarise Solomon.
I was taken to the district court in Town in 2019 by the James Solomon and last year as well.
The court ruled in my favour and the court order was certified last Dec 16 and the title was fraudulently transferred a day before on Dec 14.
The Solomon family does not know James Solomon.
He is not the son of my late brother, Lawrence Solomon.
The son we know of is Lawrence Solomon (Jr) whose mother is Audrey Michael.
I was taken to court again this year by the Engan businessman who fraudulently transferred the title to James Solomon and corruptly transferred the title to his name.
The Lands Department doesn’t have a title and title file to his name.
Your urgent assistance is greatly appreciated to stop this eviction.

Peter Bruce Solomon
