Help young teachers in East Sepik

Letters

YOUNG teachers who have graduated from various colleges around country and are currently teaching in East Sepik are ignored and overlooked by their superiors.
Half of them are still without pay while about 75 per cent of them are still waiting for inspection and registration despite serving for more than the required two years.
This clearly shows incompetency.
I call on the provincial education board and the provincial education adviser to look into the matter and ensure the head teachers and inspectors do their job.
They are occupying offices that have responsibilities that needs to be fulfilled.
If they cannot do so then,= replace them with people who are competent enough to do it.
