High crime in Hela a concern

 THE rate of crime in Hela is a real concern to me.

The province is full of murders, rapists and other criminals who are out of control.

I’m always wondering what is going on  with no police to arrest this group of people or there is no law here in Hela.

One guy who murdered my real brother is hanging around in town and I don’t want to take the law into my own hands so who is responsible to arrest these crimninals.

To make things worse policemen in Hela are always seen drunk in public, which is a real concern and big bosses should be doing something to stop this happening again.

One big question  is who is going to fix all these mess.
