DEAR Hitron: Your fees seem to have increased every year for the past four or five years.
Previously it was K110 until Digicel took over.
There’s static on some of the channels so we can’t actually watch those.
When we do advise you, there is always some excuse that the repeater or whatever it is playing up.
Despite this, we do not get a refund of some sort for the missed days and hours.
Pretty soon most of your customers will not be able to afford your fees.
